Yes. You will have to pay for parking unless you have a platinum pass. If you do pay to park bring your receipt to the desk in the Breakers lobby. You will get a refund there. Tomo is in the hotel lobby.
The prices were outrageous for food that wasn’t really worth it. Terrible portions. We ordered two Sides of shrimp and they charged us for two meals and wouldn’t change the bill. Last place I would recommend
Had a super meal and just an overall excellent time !
Now a lot of the complaints I have seen about Tomo is the pricing, now even though I acknowledge the fact that Tomo one of the pricier options at Cedar Point's Hotel Breakers, you pay for an experience and not just the food. The food I had, the hibachi combination was pretty wonderful, in particular the filet mignon they used was amazing! The rice and the soup that was with it was amazing as well. I think what I enjoyed the most about Tomo was the fact that their were families near me at hibachi tables and not only having fun with the chef but the chefs were clearly enjoying what they were doing, that translated into the food! Tomo won't be a spot for people on a budget or expecting some life changing experience but next time I vacation at Hotel Breakers this will be a spot I will intend on visiting again!
Usually have a good experience here..... But last trip our group and everyone at our table walked out after waiting an hour for food...
Small hibachi place, the food was very good and so was the "show," unfortunately because of the size of the space, the sounds add up really quickly and things can get very loud.
Way downhill since last year service and overall experience was good but the food was so much better last year when I was here . This year all our steak was a very fatty cut and not seasoned well at all. I also got the scallops and also not seasoned all just sprayed with soy sauce . Also the rice was not good again just white rice sprayed with soy sauce. An on top of the horrible meal my drink was mainly soda water or they lied and gave me Sierra mist one or the other
great food with some colorful chefs.
Spent a week at cedar point and easily the best spot to eat. Crazy portions, great entertainment, reasonable price, and Sake boy!
very poor customer service. We left hungry.
Food was good, service was great. Prices were fair for a resort. Nice ambiance with plenty of fun and lively entertainment.
Food was excellent, but the service was horrible!
Fairly disappointed with our experience tonight. This was my first hibachi restaurant experience. The chef took like 40 minutes to even get to pie table and start. He did shoot Saki in our mouths and someone in our party pointed out that was lipstick on the rim of my water glass. At least have clean drinking glasses... probably wont return as when I brought this to the staffs attention all I got was a half hearted apology, no comps. Will not return
The service was decentThey barely came to check on us( was thirsty the whole time)The food was was decent but I had much better.Honestly I wouldn’t feed it to seagull
Oh man this place was fun. Worth the price. 25 dollars a plate, alot of food and the chefs put on a hell of a show. I dont know who rated this place less than 5 stars they must've been on drugs. I didnt try the sushi but the dumplings and miso soup were delicious.
Fun. Now this place lives up to the kind of meal experience I was hoping for on a vacation to Cedar Point. Flying knives, flaming food, saki squeezes and a really great meal. Like many Japanese steak houses, the preparation and delivery of your meal is as important as the quality of the ingredients and final presentation. Tomo was all of that!!
It may seem a bit pricey, but you get large portions! Very delicious food and great service by the hibachi cook. He makes it fun and also cooks yummy food! Would come back again.
Brought the family. Your chef is your server. Very entertaining hibachi. Kids will like it. It is noisy with the kitchen right in front of you but that is part of the experience. Very friendly. Fair prices and you feel like you ate good healthy food. Deserves better than ratings indicate.
Amazing food and fun experience! A must if you’re visiting Cedar Point :)
Good food, okay portions for the price.
Make a reservation and they didn’t even book it right had the wrong name and time and we never got it
Awesome place to eat
Great place to eat. Excellent food and fun entertainment the whole family will love.
Food was great! If you go early you’ll sit and watch the employees eat...completely unprofessional if you ask me....it’s oddly silent, no music...just listening to the employees talk and play on their phones. The cook sprayed lemonade all over my son and sake in my moms mouth...we laughed it off but it was awkward.Slow service when we were ready to pay and leave but overall the food was wonderful!
The price was not terrible if you get the combo option. If you get a single meat the price is a little high. The lady who sat us was very rude and seemed to be rushing us along even though there were 4 empty tables and no one waiting to eat. The man who cooked our food had absolutely no personality. He did a few tricks but also seemed to be rushing through the motions. There were other people cooking who had plenty of personality and made jokes and had the crowd going. The steak I had was very fatty and tough, and that along with the chicken were cut very large and no knives were provided. The food was tasty, though.
Awesome foodAnd ...SHRIMP SAUCEEeEEEEE!!!
The food is delicious but also the performance done by the chef while preparing it takes the dinning experience to another level. Highly recommended. Make sure to make a reservation.
It's the best Japanese steakhouse in cedar point.
Pleasant dining environment, Teppanyaki cooking shows are good, the food is fresh, if you do n’t like too salty, ask the master to put less sauce
Great food and amazing atmosphere
Decent in a pinch given the location. A little over priced though. One main and an extra side was $33.
Great service and great food
Wonderful experience....wonderful food....met a wonderful family....I would go back...the only thing that kept it from being a 5 star experience was that nobody came around to refill your beverage....so...drink it slow 😁❤
I was shocked to see this place was still on the premises. We vacationed at Hotel Breakers about 4 years ago and went to TOMO , Shockingly there was only 1 other table with customers at 6pm, we should have left then. The food was horrible. We vacationed at Hotel Breakers this week, and noticed that this place was packed with customers, so we gave this place another shot . This time, The Food was just okay But poor customer service. The cook seemed to not be in the mood for the entertaining the table and had the nerve to ask the table for a tip while he was cleaning up, How dare him
More sake more happy
Food is great and our chef was awesome. Overall the restaurant was really loud, which was expected. But, the banging metal spatula at another table over and over was a little annoying after a while. The menu says they have miso soup, but they don't. The waitress was impatient. We sat down and about a minute later she was back asking for our order. I hadn't had any time to decide what I wanted and felt rushed to order. It would have been nice if they were a little more family friendly for families with small kids.
We were the only people there for lunch and ordered the hibachi and sushi dinners. The hibachi was great but the sushi and service were mediocre.
